As you imagine, working with Microsoft out of Seattle USA from Melbourne Australia doesn’t pose a problem. In fact, they love it. We’d often be taking a detailed brief on the next project or working through copy alts and authors corrections one day – and on the other side of the world,, our Microsoft partners would be heading home from a long day at the office – only to come in the next morning and find everything they’d briefed us on had been done and dusted – and was waiting for them to review and approve. Working with key Microsoft leads and authorised vendors alike, we built up great relationships and have developed a number of key documents and “launch show” initiatives that includes sourcing and printing on-boarding guides to on-line ‘one note’ roll outs.
